Dis-ease and other earthly discomforts
ST: I ended up in a debate about giving too much power to diseases by labeling people with those diseases. The point I was trying to make is that the fear associated with dis-ease is worse than the dis-ease itself and perhaps we can experience grace from whatever condition we find ourselves with. What can you say on this topic?
Saint Jude: Good mourning. Yes, I spelled that correctly. The earth is in a long mourning for old structure that crumbles now. Dis-ease is actually distress in disguise. Not all souls wish to stay on the planet, but do not want to admit this to others who will find them morose. You had a friend who was honest about wanting to leave the planet, she struggled with cancer for a few months and then liberated herself. She didn't tell many people about this wish simply because other humans don't approve of someone wanting to die. Your medical experts see this as depression and quickly medicate anyone who feels this way.
The earth, although beautiful, is only one realm of many. It is as many spiritualists tell you a schoolhouse, but it's also one of those only realms where you can work off past karma. Now let's talk about karma because many people see this as a punishment, in which it isn't. Think of it as a type of bank account or better yet, a credit card. Dr.Zhi Gang Sha uses a similar analogy, no? Now every act you do that harms the earth or another entity creates a debt that you'll have to pay off at some time. Suppose you're a young college students who chooses to sow oats.
Now this student toys with women's feelings. He sleeps with many women and spreads a dis-ease, not to mention anguish to these women. Finally he grows out of this stage and settles down and marries. But later he betrays his wife and has several affairs, again toying with the hearts of women. Now, this man goes on with his life and nothing too negative happens to him, until one day he experiences a heart attack and is rushed to the hospital where he nearly loses his life, but thankfully survives.
After his recovery and as part of his recovery, this man takes up yoga and meditation. He joins a spiritual group and receives spiritual counseling. He doesn't connect his past behavior with women with his heart attack, not yet anyway. But through counseling and later radical forgiveness of his past behavior he starts balancing off his karmic debt. But this man has accumulated other karmic debts from previous lives and now those are coming up as karmic bills you might say with interest. However, the man has a second heart attack, this time fatal.
So he returns to the earth as a woman. And for whatever reason, he now a she, finds that men just use her. She has a huge sexual appetite and gets herself in trouble, even abused by her partners. But by now amnesia has struck and this woman feels like a victim. She decides instead of getting necessary healing that she'll just lash out in men in hatred, which accumulates even more karma. The story goes on and on until this soul finds the right spiritual path to balance past due karma. This could take several lifetimes.
The point I'm trying to make is that dis-ease or discomforts that you face as humans are due in part to karma. And as one woman asked, how does an innocent child get cancer? Well, the soul of that child has been around the block a few times and chose a life situation to balance out karma from previous lifetimes, and if the child doesn't choose bitterness, but instead grace for his or her situation, then that karma balances. Not only that, sometimes it's not about balancing karma, but coming to the earth to teach other humans lessons about forgiveness, loss, and transformation. Sometimes these children who die young teach their parents about death and rebirth, that there really is no ending. Each person must figure out this for him or herself. There is no one-size-fits-all answer.
Nor should anyone tell someone else how to view their lives, their grief, or their death. Your friend truly sought liberation from the earth plane. She needed a way out and the Universe provided her with a disease. Yes, this was painful for her loved ones and she suffered through the process too, but I assure you, she's in good hands now and thriving. Picture your friend among the animals and other creatures she loved because that's where she is. She is in paradise as she defines it.
Try not to control or manipulate others. I know this is a real challenge for humanity during this time of change and crisis. This chaos won't last forever so take heart. You're all at different intersections in your spiritual growth. Some of you are higher on the ladder to enlightenment which means you need to have patience for all those following behind you even if they don't follow in your footsteps or adopt your way of thinking. It doesn't matter really because you'll all get to the finish line, if not in this lifetime then in another one. The main thing is to stay mindful of your words and actions. You don't want to sow wild oats knowing that you have to pay the piper at a later time. It's all about love. It's all about forgiveness.

The Way of the Divine Feminine (Ladies speak up)
ST: I felt honored to have read testimonies of Mother Mary's love for the planet during the past week. In the book, sightings, healings, and transitions were mentioned. But sadly Mary Magdalene was missing from the conversation. Why is Mary Magdalene still ignored in favor of the "virgin" concept? This does not seem like the Divine Feminine Way to me. I need both Marys.
Mary Magdalene and Mother Mary: Yes, my dear, we understand your question completely. So let us point out to you the Divine Feminine is already present on the planet. When a man or a woman stands up for future generations of all beings you hear the voice of the Divine Feminine and consequently, the Divine Masculine. When you see people marching on the streets of the world demanding economic justice and human dignity, you see the Divine in action. When you see people speaking out against violence of any kind, including war and on the domestic front or in the streets, you see the Divine in action. So you can go on with this and see the Divine Feminine throughout your society.
The main problem is that your media doesn't cover it as the Divine Feminine. Instead you see corporate greed and fear-mongering in the headlines. You read endlessly about disease statistics, and you live in a death culture, meaning it is obsessed with death, but doesn't give you the whole picture. For instance, you have all read at some point or another about death as merely a transition. Hospice workers know of this transition, and people with near death experiences do too, but your conservative scientists want to discredit this. Your corporations and insurance companies choose to discredit the reality of death as transformation, as a beginning because then they can't keep you in the place of fear. They profit from fear.
But do not fear death. Do not fear aging. Do not fear "tragedy" or natural disasters. Live your lives fearlessly and with great courage. Which amounts to the same thing. Live your life not from analytical thought, though you have been told about the nobility of the analytical mind. Then you wonder why depression, anxiety and other mental illnesses are skyrocketing at this time. No, live your life from a feeling place, a flowing place of synchronicity, from your heart. Feel your way, don't think your way through life. Your brain cannot handle the load of thinking you have placed upon it. And your heart feels detached and that it is experiencing atrophy because of its underuse.
You ask us about the Divine Feminine Way and we have just told you about it. Now it is up to you to take our advice or to not take it. But if you want to see peace on earth, then you'll need to roll up your sleeves and do the work. For some of you that involves marching on the streets, though peacefully with Buddha or Christ energies leading the way. For some of you, fix the food system, others will nourish the earth and each other. Some of you will nourish hearts with your art or words. Find your calling then come from a place of spirit, not ego. Don't allow yourself to get caught up in the machinations of the dying Patriarchal Age. Yes, my dears, it is in the death throes. No wonder this age is so obsessed with death!
Your job now is to tell your truth. If you don't know how to do this, look to the saints from any religion. Your job now is to heal your wounds, heal your anger, and heal your righteousness. None of those things will serve you now. Stop acting like victims and take on the role of the empowered victor because you can win this battle between Light and Dark by balancing the two within your heart. Acknowledge the shadow, light always casts a shadow. Know that dark and light are necessary to achieve balance. Learn the difference however between love and fear and nourish love.

Discern between Fear and Love
ST: I feel so foolish these days. I had watched a doom and gloom scenario online video filled with propaganda and believed it. In fact, I experienced a meltdown from watching that video. The scenario where it places its focus revolved around "End Days" you know this great catastrophe is going to happen and turn people into robots embedded with microchips unless they allow love into their hearts...
Saint Jude: You also questioned the validity of this video so don't punish yourself. Your friend at the spiritual shop gave you good advice--use discernment with all spiritual messages and check out the source. She's right in that anyone can paste together an online video and pretend that they're experts about end times. They attach it to something you are familiar with such as the Mayan or Hopi prophecy, add some repetitive beats and voila, you have the ability to brainwash the masses.
So you're probably wondering what is happening on the planet. Change and a grand shift are taking place, no one can argue with that. The energy is coming at you quicker than before and duality much clearer. Which is why you should be able to discern between fear and love. It is so transparent! If you feel fear when you watch a video or read a book, by all means, stop what you're doing because you are moving in the wrong direction. Unless of course you enjoy emotional meltdowns and feeling frightened. And don't be fooled by well-meaning friends who send you this stuff. They could be deluded as well. It is you who must decide what you feel comfortable with and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
Transformation is happening, global warming is happening, a mass awakening is happening, and disasters will continue to happen until the earth has cleansed herself. But you're not alone, you are never alone, spirit help is always available. You can focus on what you have lost in the process or focus on what you gain in the new beginnings, the new dawn approaching. You'll find that your losses are welcomed because you were clinging to the outworn and outdated anyway. You'll find you have more freedom now and can move in any direction, that you are no longer confined to someone else's idea of who you are. You can now find your authentic self and live the way your soul/spirit dictates. You will free yourself from the oppressor which in a sense is the old you and old way of living/being.
So take heart and use discernment. Check in with yourself and see where you are heading and if you don't like where you are heading, quickly change directions. You stand at that proverbial fork in the road and you must choose between love or fear. Both have rewards and consequences. Choose wisely my dears. Remember we always love you.

The Power of Love
ST: I keep hearing about the power of love, that if I feel enough love and gratitude I can manifest anything. We've discussed this topic before, but now I'm at a crucial juncture in my life, as others are, and I need reassurance. What can you tell me on this topic?
Saints Jude and Magdala: You came to the right place and the right people to advise you on this topic. We knew one of the greatest lovers of all time, Magdala knew him more intimately than I. Yeshua was all about love and gratitude. We all were. This was our greatest teaching. We understand too how hard it is to love in a world filled with fear, loathing, and hatred. We know what it's like to walk into a dark space and light it with a single candle flame. Yet, this is what we ask of you lovers and fools for love, also known as light workers.
You will lose faith from time to time. You will see religions used to benefit some and manipulate others. You will see mind games and all sorts of nonsense, which you shall play no part. Walk away from it. Don't spend your time arguing with fear, and don't spend your time convincing others that they are living their lives from fear. Instead, look in the mirror and see where your heart is, and where it lies, and where it lies to you. Are you coming from a place of love or fear? You know you are quite capable of both, so you must tune into your heart and see what lives in it.
Love is sometimes easy. Some people, especially the kind and gentle ones are easy to love. The ones who hurt the most, the deeply wounded, the ones that lash out in hostility or from food allergies and pollution, pose many challenges to experiencing love. Yet, my light worker friends, you possess enough love in your hearts even for those you consider enemies. And remember the mirror trick or trick of mirrors? What you perceive outside of yourself, is exactly what you are projecting. There is only one of us here in the room, and it is YOU. So if you don't like what you sense in the world, then change the tune of the songs you are singing.
Many of you see world events for illusions. I'll let you in on a secret, they are illusions. I'm not saying that the people who experience these illusions don't feel them as real. No, I'm not saying that at all, but deep in their subconscious minds, they know that they experience illusions. Fear and darkness are illusions. So-called evil is illusion. Only love is real. Yes, you have heard this before, but I like to repeat it like a mantra. How else will you my human friends learn that only love is real. You believe it now when I tell you. You nod your heads, and say, "Yes, that's right, Jude.." But then you turn on the radio and listen to the negative reports, one after the other, like a bad string of pearls. Then this belief that only love is real crumbles at your feet.
So why do you expose yourself to negative illusions? Why do you believe that they are real and that you need to prepare for your role as a fighter or a warrior versed in dualism? Oh, but you do. Don't laugh or scoff at me as I tell you the truth. Everytime you hear of an event you feel is unjust, you have an impulse to grab a sign and hit the streets. "Yeah, I'll show those corporate...fill in the blank..." or whatever political party is on your hate agenda. Then you too are caught in the illusion like a fish in the net.
You wonder how you can play a better role in the world. After you meditate and do things you love, it's easier to love the world. So start there. Start right there with the things you love doing. Ask yourself why you don't do more things that you love. Is it some duty to the world, some responsibility to do things you despise? And maybe there are things you despise but you have to do them anyway. Still can't you find something to love about those things? There is something to love in every event, every situation, every person, every being, etc...There are things to love about yourselves, lots of things we can see.
So yes, the Power of Love is real. It can move mountains. It can heal oceans. It can heal you, it can heal us, and it can build community where everyone prospers as it should be. But to get there, you must focus on love and gratitude. When you find yourself focusing on negative things, shift your consciousness. You Can Do This.

Saint Jude: Show us the Light Switch
Get us out of the tunnel of arrogance
ST: With all the planets in the sign of Aries, I've noticed more arrogance than usual coming from even usually generous and compassionate people. I've had to watch my own behavior like a hawk. And what I've seen especially with Uranus moving into Aries is a huge rebellion away from the Aquarian collective towards the childish and selfish Aries (dark side of Aries). I have heard this with topics discussed on radio shows, and in my normal everyday relating to others. How do we move past this arrogance and fake independence in a time when collectives are so desperately needed to heal the planet?
Saint Jude: You put your finger right on the pulse, planets transiting in Aries. Now with planets finally moving into Taurus (later this month), you will see a selfish robustness replaced with stubborness and the pursuit of easy pleasures. You'll also see more women asserting themselves, but many pursue pleasures too and don't be fooled by their activism when it is focused on improving their own lot in life, financially and otherwise. You'll also see a lot of articles and hear radio shows centered on the pleasures of sex and relationships. But this for the most part is banal and not healthy for the planet. It's going to feel like women shoppers at a meat market later this month so watch out. Of course more evolved women won't be participating in this nonsense, or more evolved men.
Now you ask how does humanity move past its self-interests? Good question and one that the non-humans ask on a regular basis. When will humans finally get this idea of interdependence? If you're even a little awake, and you most likely are if you're reading this message, then practice love, gratitude, and compassion. When you make small or large decisions, choose love, not fear. How do you know the difference? Love has a higher vibration and fear feels like someone hit you in the gut, or it feels like you're carrying rocks around in your body. I know you know the difference by now.
But as I've mentioned earlier some of you love cheap drama. It's as if you can't get enough from novels and movies or the evening news. Oh, no, you have to attract cheap drama into your life, that's right you attract it. You say you don't want all the drama, but you actually do, otherwise, it would not come your way. You wouldn't attract others who also enjoy cheap drama. This doesn't imply by any means that there isn't real suffering in the world, because of course there is. The earth is cleansing and purifying at the moment creating some real drama, but that doesn't mean humanity can shirk responsibility. You are responsible for your part, large or small. It's not just the rich corporations that harm the earth. Each of you make choices, and many opportunities to do the right thing are staring you in the face.
But what happens is that you get caught up in your fear and limitations. You have no faith. you believe that angels, even Arcangels and holy saints are a bunch of wimps who can't take on darkness and win. Oh, but you are so wrong to believe this. That's not to say that we don't need your help or that we don't want it. We need your cooperation if you want to see the earth survive this chaos and arrogance. You must start to think outside of yourself. Look around with your eyes as far as you can see, and open your ears and heart. Pay attention to those around you. Is there someone you can help right now? Can you seek help for yourself right now to improve your circumstances or are you just going to throw in the towel?
Do you pray to angels and God for miracles then when the miracles show up, dismiss them because you fear them? The miracles won't show up the way you envision them exactly. They will show up quickly in some cases and catch you off guard, but you must step back and make and take a bigger view of the situation. You pray for a partner and one shows up, but he or she is not exactly what you had in mind. But this person could be the highest and best partner for you regardless. Saints and Angels know what's best for you.
So this week watch your ego. Pay attention to when you sink into a dark place and ask to be uplifted out of that place. Pray for miracles and express gratitude when your prayer is answered. Try your best not to get caught up in the arrogance of the world. Practice love, graditude and compassion, and that includes yourself. When you judge yourself this is not practicing compassion. You can enjoy your time on the earth too, it's not all work and sacrifice. But remember that all the good that comes to you came to you through the hands of many creatures. Even that bowl of cereal took microbes, earthworms, bees, insects, soil, elementals, farm workers etc... to produce. You didn't just buy it at the store, it came to you from many sources.

Taking it Up a Notch; Turn Up the Volume
My dear Light Workers, your moment has arrived. The polarities are at their most dense in this moment. As you usher in a new calendar year, you hear about those dark ones who wish to annihilate Mother Earth with bombs. And on the other hand, you hear about Light Workers and healers organizing worldwide love-ins in the form of group chanting with millions of souls joining hands in love. Now, is the time to turn up the volume of love and light. Don't allow the dark ones to sway you into anger, outrage, or other negative patterns. This is not the time for war, but the time to lay down arms. This is not the time to make enemies, but time to embrace the other as yourself. This is the time for radical forgiveness.
Each and everyone of you must take your life work up a notch. Now is not the time for contemplation, but rightful action. If you work as an activist, that advocate for love, peace, compassion and justice, by walking this talk. You can't promote peace when you feel anger in your heart, so transmute that anger now through prayer, through surrender to the Divine, through music, or meditation. Carry only love and ecstasy in your hearts. If you feel those dark feelings coming into your heart, dance, spin around, sway your hips, and force yourself to smile. Tell yourself a joke and shift that energy into laughter. Joy is your greatest asset.
Think of Francesco's birds in the sky, soaring and singing as they go along. Think of the river otters playing in a murky river while raising the vibrations of that river. Activists put smiles on your faces and get rid of those serious ugly frowns. Don't laugh in spite, but chuckle in love. Fall in love with the planet, don't just feel pity for it. Fall in love with non-humans and stop pitying them and victimizing them (casting them in the role of victim). Stop acting like victims yourself and get to know the Divine intimately. Turn up the volume.
If you work in the arts of any kind, step away from dark stories, dark music, dark paintings, and all that dark stuff that you rationalize possesses a serious message for your fellow humans. How pretentious is that? Dark is dark and it leads to more darkness. You can't have it both ways. Trash all those thrillers and horror movies and books, trash all that hateful music and trash your self-righteous know-it-all attitudes. Stop taking sides and acting like you're marching towards some crusade. Those always end badly.
If you work as a healer, heal yourself now and stop pretening that it is you that heals others. Remember you only facilitate healing, you don't actually heal anyone. Stop acting like you're some kind of guru to your patients, and let them know that you are a humble healer, and you cooperate with them to heal. Empower your patients and let them know that they have the power to heal every cell in their body and you're going to teach them how to do that. If you have the same patient six months from now and they're dealing with the same health problems, then you have failed in your attempt. Check your ego to see if that's part of the problem.
If you work in the food industry, beauty product industry, or any industry that sells products, stop poisoning your fellow humans, non-humans, and Mother Earth. If you're not one of those that poisons others, then promote your cleaner product in a way that brings love to people's hearts. If you have harmed anyone or anything then now is the time to make ammends and ask for universal forgiveness .
If you work in leadership roles, then surrender your power to The Divine. A real leader aligns with the Divine. A real leader never ever promotes fear as an agenda. A real leader doesn't live in fear and put up defenses that cost tax payers billions of dollars. A real leader doesn't promote war, start wars, or continue wars. A real leader doesn't use missles or bombs to bring peace to the world. This is moronic behavior and truly idiotic behavior, like a bratty child fighting with other children in a sandbox. This is not leadership and certainly this is not mature behavior. The Earth is not a sandbox so stop all this child's play and destroying your Mother.
Women on the planet, step it up a notch. Stop fighting with other women, stop competing with your sisters, and stop comparing your beauty to another's. This too is childish behavior and playtime is over, ladies. You are the priestesses on this planet here to Usher in The Feminine Age, so get to work. Stop all this preoccupation with the perfect dress, the perfect lipstick, and all that nonsense. The saints don't care what you look like, we only care about what lurks in your heart. Is anyone home? Get it together ladies and start healing yourselves of your wounds so that you can step up to the plate and usher in peace, love, and comfort.
Men on the planet, time to put away your toys and gadgets. Get off your computers, I-Pods, etc and go find a good life coach to teach you how to love yourselves. I'm not talking about polishing your wounded egos. I'm talking about getting in touch with your soul and the feminine side of your hearts. Is anyone home? Get out of the car and go for a walk in the forest. Get out of the house or apartment and reach out to those in need. Stop complaining about the government and govern your own bratty behavior. And most important treat all others with respect and kindness, that includes your partners and children. That includes your pets and all creatures. Take Francesco di Assisi or the real Yeshua as your examples. Follow Buddha if you must. But get it together now.
So no more horsing around. Starting now take LOVE up a notch. Turn up the volume on compassion, caring, kindness, generosity and forgiveness. No time like the present. This is the Age of Saints. Welcome to the pilgrimage to your Sainthood. It won't be easy, but you're never ever alone.

Why do you take yourselves so seriously? Do children take themselves too seriously? How can you solve the world's myriad of problems if you take yourself too seriously? How can you gain access to your imagination and creativity if your stuck in seriousness?
Oh, I know what you'll say, "Francesco and Clare, you are fools for love or you're just plain fools." But if you don't sing, dance, write poems, engage in community celebrations how will you get to know your neighbors, and how will you find your role in your community? I'm not saying that we should underestimate the gravity of our situation with the earth. No, I'm not saying that at all.
But playing, (not the same as playing games), liberates the mind and unleashes the power of the heart. Brainstorming and playing creative games can provide answers to various problems you face. Laughter releases wrinkles from your skin and gives more flexibility to your joints. Comedy, getting together with others and enjoying the gift of laughter should never be underestimated. Share poetry, share songs, and dance even if you think you don't know how to dance. Even a five year old knows how to dance so why do you say you have two left feet? Hmmm, two left feet, now that's interesting.
Tell jokes, find the humor in life's circumstances. Learn to play a musical instrument, learn to express your emotions through singing. Get together with friends and go for a hike. Meditate with Buddhist monks for a change. Go to an event that you would have never gone to in the past, but think would be fun. Hang out in a bookstore or go to a movie. Share what you love with others.
If you think that friars and monks are serious people who never laugh, never joke, never dance for joy or revel in the beauty of the earth, then you're missing the point. If you think spiritual leaders have no sense of humor, you are wrong again. Anyone who takes themselves too seriously needs a gentle kick in the butt. Laugh at your mistakes then learn from them. Allow others to laugh at your mistakes and allow them to learn from them.
I made lots of mistakes in my lifetime. Clare made lots of mistakes in her lifetime. We had fun, oh, we had so much fun, playing the roles of Christ's fools. Someone must play the role of the juggler, the fool for love troubadour. If you must report dire news then at least find some humor in it. Oh, I know, climate change is no laughing matter, but taking it seriously to the point of doom and gloom will only cause humans to fall deeper in denial.
It's through playing I tell you that you'll find solutions. It's through the arts, and not so much the sciences that you will find true healing. You may not believe these words now, but in time it will all make sense. Arts aren't frivilous. God created the creative spirit. So dabble in it. Paint, sculpt, draw, sing, compose, and write. Play with children. Laugh with children and listen to the wisdom of the child. After all, it's their future that you gamble away. Retrieve your state of innocence. Purify your hearts and play.
Last but not least, if you want to help someone change their diet, cook for them. Show them the pleasure of eating healthy foods. If you want someone to treat the earth better, model ecological friendly behavior in a fun way. You must create a magnetic attraction to greener lifestyles. Spread love, not fear. Spread good humor and show others you can laugh at yourself as you evolve.
